Directions for use: Take one teaspoon (3.5g) of lecithin granules three times a day. Biethica 100% lecithin Granules are delicious directly from the spoon but can also be added to food and drink.

Storage instructions: This pack contains a natural, eco friendly dessicant bag to maintain freshness. DO NOT EAT. Store in a cool, dry place, out of direct sunlight. Once foil seal has been broken, close bag tightly and use within 6 weeks, leaving the desiccant bag in place.
