Great question! Sadly, we see a number of counterfeit supplements available out there. We are a real life, bricks and mortar store. This means that our products are only ever sourced direct from safe, approved and monitored manufacturers and we often have products selected for random Trading Standards tests. 

Online orders and those made by phone are shipped using Royal Mail First Class as standard. This can take between 1-3 working days. If you require your order to be signed for, or delivered with a guaranteed delivery date, just call us and we can soon organise that for you.
